Fly the Flag Project
Over 100 volunteers and Rotary members place a 3 x 5 American Flag on a 10 ft. pole in yards and businesses in Louisville, Ohio. Flags are placed for Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Constitution Week, and Veteran's Day. The lease cost is $35 per year.
All profits used to support Rotary projects such as: The Rotary Splash Pad at Aljancic Park, Louisville Constitution Committee, sponsoring a foreign exchange student at LHS, a worldwide effort to eradicate polio, Louisville YMCA children's programs, Louisville Library Reading programs, Louisville/Nimishillen Historical Society, our Warm Coat Project, and the Louisville Rotary Club-Ken Smith Scholarship with the Louisville Scholarship Foundation.
To celebrate the 100th anniversary of our club in September 2025 we are undertaking an ambitious project: fundraising for a 70-foot wide shelter over Metzger Park's concrete amphitheater. View more details on the Amphitheater Project page.
